The Sauk County Institute of Leadership (SCIL) continued its 2021-22 class on December 9 with an all-day session focusing on the importance of authenticity in leadership and how adverse life events form and shape leaders. They explored the topic of diversity under the guiding statement of “Diversity is the one true thing we have in common…Celebrate it every day.” SSM Health St. Clare Hospital- Baraboo sponsored the day’s events.
