Julia Randles

Julia Randles was a member of the SCIL Class of 2020. She currently works as the Executive Director of the SSM Health St. Clare Foundation. In this position, Julia works with donors to raise funds that improve the quality of health care services in the greater Baraboo, Lake Delton, and Wisconsin Dells area. Gifts made to the foundation allow for vital purchases of medical equipment, assistance to those who are uninsured, and development of new heath care and educational programs, services, and initiatives. 

Julia joined the SCIL Board of Directors in 2021, and serves as the President.

Robin Whyte

Robin Whyte was a member of the SCIL Class of 2017. She is the Executive Director of the Community Foundation of South Central Wisconsin, where she has worked since 2016. Since graduating SCIL, she served the maximum six years as a board member and treasurer for the nonprofit Network for Charitable Giving. 

Robin joined the SCIL Board of Directors in 2020, and serves as the Treasurer. Robin, thank you for your dedication to community funding and for making a difference in South Central Wisconsin. 

Gaile Burchill

Gaile Burchill was a member of the SCIL Class of 2024. Gaile is a professional bookkeeper working for four small businesses in Spring Green: two as an employee and two through her own small business Gaile Force Services LLC. 

Gaile is in her second term on the Sauk County Board representing District 24, the Village of Spring Green and one Ward of the town of Spring Green. Since graduating from SCIL, in addition to joining the SCIL Board, she has expanded her committee assignments at Sauk County from three to seven. She is also part of two local Spring Green initiatives: a housing coalition creating an affordable housing expansion plan; and a "community/recreation" center development initiative looking to create and fund a new state of the art facility. Gaile joined the SCIL Board of Directors in 2024 and serves as the Secretary.

Donna Crary

Donna is a graduate of the SCIL class of 2020. She has worked for 12 years for Compeer Financial, and has spent the last five years as the Service Management Team Leader, supporting the technology needs of Compeer’s team members and clients. Compeer Financial is member-owned and one of the largest cooperatives in the Farm Credit System, advancing agriculture in rural communities across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois. 

Donna is part of Compeer’s Women of Distinction Leadership Program, which focuses on leadership development and networking for women. Prior to participating in the SCIL program, Donna served on multiple boards and committees for Sacred Heart School in Reedsburg, where her four children attended. Donna joined the SCIL Board of Directors in 2022.

Kyle Crosby

Kyle Crosby was a member of the SCIL Class of 2017. He works as the Executive Director for the Boys and Girls Club of West-Central Wisconsin, which includes the Baraboo, Portage, Reedsburg, and Tomah clubs.

Since graduating from SCIL, Kyle has transitioned from Unit Director, to Area Director, to Director of Operations for the Boys and Girls Club, to Executive Director. He also serves as a CPR Instructor and a Safety Peer Consultant for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. In his free time he helps coach the Learn to Skate hockey program through Thunderbird Youth Hockey. Kyle joined the SCIL Board of Directors in 2021. Thank you Kyle for your work advocating for our youth!

Serge Koenig

Serge was a member of the SCIL Class of 2010, and has been a guest presenter for SCIL since 2012. He has been an integral part of the Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Department since 1995. With a passion for environmental stewardship, Serge has tirelessly collaborated with landowners and various organizations in Sauk County to sustain and enhance its natural resources.

Since graduating from SCIL, Serge has been at the forefront of a grazing movement in Sauk County. Under his leadership, nearly 5000 acres have been transformed into permanent grassland vegetation. This initiative not only supports the fight against climate change but also ensures sustainable income for producers, all while providing vital habitat for wildlife. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Serge values quality time with his family. His interests range from gardening to traveling, hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting. He extends his passion for the outdoors to coaching and mentoring young individuals, contributing to the development of the next generation of environmental stewards.

Laurie Killam

Laurie was a participant in the SCIL class of 2023. She is currently the Market Manager for WCCU Credit Union’s Prairie du Sac branch.  Through this position she has taken an active role participating on the Sauk Prairie Economic Development Committee. She enjoys working with local nonprofits and collaborating on projects that embrace WCCU’s principles of people helping people. Laurie is also an active member of the Sauk Prairie Lions Club.

Logan Littlegeorge

Logan was a participant in the SCIL class of 2023 and is the Security Director at Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells. He is currently the chair of the safety committee at the Gaming facility. Logan recently joined the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of West-Central Wisconsin.

Kimberly Schwarz

Kimberly Schwarz was a member of the SCIL Class of 2020 and has worked at Synergy Metalworks, LLC since 2015.  In her role as Director of Business Development and Administration, she focuses on enhancing the company brand, strategizing business decisions with the leadership team, and supporting the administrative staff. 

Kimberly currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Sauk Prairie FFA Alumni and also enjoys cruising around town in Moovin’ Mini, a cow car focused on promoting dairy products to community youth. Kimberly joined the SCIL Board of Directors in 2022.

Kurt Wenger

Kurt Wenger was a member of the SCIL Class of 2017. He started Drop Frame Productions, a multimedia production company, located in Prairie du Sac. Drop Frame helps companies and organizations tell their stories and sell their products using video. 

Since graduating SCIL, he has served on the membership committee of Riverway Business Connections, and in 2020 became President and Treasurer of the Words on Water Toastmaster chapter in Sauk Prairie. Kurt began as a member of the SCIL Board of Directors in 2021, and now serves as Vice President. Thank you Kurt for your leadership in our community! 

Nancy Zingsheim

Nancy Zingsheim was a member of the SCIL class of 2007.  She currently works as a REALTOR® at First Weber.  Nancy spent 22 years with First Weber’s Relocation Division assisting area companies with their employee relocation needs before activating her real estate license early in 2022 and became a full-time sales agent in the Baraboo First Weber Office.

Since graduating SCIL, Nancy served 9 years on the SSM Health St. Clare Foundation – Baraboo board of directors, including every committee at some point and served one year as board president. She has been a long-time member of SC SHRM - Sauk Columbia Society for Human Resource Management.  She is also very active in her neighborhood property owners’ association. Nancy joined the SCIL Board of Directors in 2022.
