This past week 18 leaders from across Sauk County were welcomed to Durward’s Glen Retreat Center at W11876 McLeish Rd, Baraboo, WI to kick off the 2021/2022 season of SCIL (Sauk County Institute of Leadership).

With over 38 episodes and two seasons, Rauel brings in guests from across the county for them to share their passion on why and how they are leaders in the community.

Four individuals from the class of ‘19; Kira Meister, Gina Mitcham, Ross Retzlaff, and Linda Spencer, wanted to keep younger professionals in the Reedsburg and Sauk county communities by providing an opportunity for them to do something engaging, meaningful, and fun.
